The film above is called A Great and Mighty Walk. John Henrik Clarke--an esteemed, self-taught historian and Pan African--talks about the history of Africans and our entanglements with Europeans, how our spirituality became their conquering religion, criticisms of the civil rights movement and Islam, and what is truly necessary for liberation. I found this 90 minute film totally riveting. Hopefully, it will resonate deeply with you, too.
